| The mission of the West Jordan City Engineering Department is to plan, develop, and construct quality infrastructure to meet the municipal need of the West Jordan community and ensure that new development complies with approved standards.
Office Directive
The Engineering Department is responsible for water distribution, wastewater collection, stormwater, and streets, including:
- Capital improvement planning and construction
- Development review and approval
- Utility and infrastructure construction inspection
- Utility and infrastructure planning
- Geographical Information Systems
