REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The City of West Jordan Utah is seeking proposals from firms with expertise in energy audit services to provide an energy audit on the City Hall building, Senior Center, street lighting, park and parking lot lighting, and traffic signals. All work must be done in accordance to U.S. Department of Energy, Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable rules and regulations. All Laborers and mechanics on this project must be paid wages at rates in accordance with the Davis-Bacon Act and not less than those prevailing on projects of a character similar in the locality as determined by the subchapter IV of Chapter 31 0f title 40, Unites States Code. INVITATION OF BIDS FUNDED BY THE AMERCIAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 The City of West Jordan Utah is seeking proposals from licensed companies with expertise in traffic signal construction, to provide and install upgraded LED’s in several traffic signals in the City. Other items in this bid include solar powered flashers at four intersections. All work must be done in accordance to U.S. Department of Energy, Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable rules and regulations. Work must follow the NEPA, Buy American Provisions, and Transparency and reporting requirements.
