Express permitting gives you the opportunity to apply for and take out a minor permit in about 24 hours.
In an effort to provide greater customer service, the Community Development Department offers express permitting for minor permits (those that do not require extensive review) this includes most: | | | | | | - Electrical service upgrades
| | | | | | | | | | - Small tenant improvements
| - Temporary power pedestals
| | - Furnace and air conditioning install or replace
| - Exterior door and window replacements
| To apply for an express permit, bring in a completed Building Permit Application, two sets of all pertinent plans, sketches, layouts, and details for the project, including plot plans indicating all property set-backs and a north arrow.
